Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website or booking services through it, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including those making enquiries, booking consultation calls, or engaging in psychological support sessions.

About the Service

This website provides online psychological support and wellbeing services through one-to-one online sessions.

Services are intended to support emotional wellbeing and psychological understanding but are not a substitute for emergency medical care, crisis intervention, or psychiatric services.

All services are delivered remotely via secure online platforms unless otherwise stated.

Free 15-Minute Consultation Calls

A free 15-minute consultation call is offered to discuss your needs and determine whether the service may be appropriate for you.

The consultation call:

  • Is informal and introductory in nature

  • Does not constitute therapy or psychological treatment

  • Does not establish a therapeutic relationship

  • Is not intended for crisis support or urgent mental health concerns

There is no obligation to continue with sessions following the consultation call.

Booking and Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance.

Payment details, session fees, and payment timing will be agreed prior to commencing sessions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rearranged or refunded where appropriate

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the full session fee being charged

If you are running late, please inform me where possible. Sessions may still need to end at the scheduled time.

Confidentiality

Information shared within sessions will be treated confidentially and handled respectfully and securely.

However, confidentiality may need to be broken in certain circumstances, including:

  • Concerns regarding serious risk of harm to yourself or others

  • Safeguarding concerns involving a child or vulnerable adult

  • Legal obligations or court orders

  • Professional requirements relating to ethical practice and supervision

Where possible, this would be discussed with you first.

  • A suitable device for video calls

If technical difficulties interrupt a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or rearrange where appropriate.
